One-stop Electronic Service
This Affordability and Deduction Management Platform (ADMP) used by PSMW eliminates the cost and effort to develop and maintain multiple interfaces to different employer payrolls by providing a single standard interface to one point of contact. No more magtapes, couriers, e-mails or dozens of electronic connections to maintain.

Affordability Control
PSMW eliminates the typical problems associated with payroll deductions by exercising control outside of the payroll. Deductions that would result in too little take-home pay for the employee are filtered out and never reach the payroll. It is now possible for the service provider to verify beforehand whether a new deduction will be allowed, and to reserve such amount if successful.

Pre-validation of Inputs
Based on a comprehensive central Affordability and Deduction Management Platform (ADMP) database, PSMW is able to pre-validate your deduction instructions and provide instant feedback on inputs that the payroll would reject. Long lead times are cut down and cashflow is dramatically improved.

Online Enquiries
Secure online enquiries can be made to the central PSMW Affordability and Deduction Management Platform (ADMP) database. Employee verification, deduction history and live file transfers are some of the various useful functions.

Reporting and Recons
Comprehensive month-end reconciliations are provided as a standard feature.
